Refund policy

• Cancellation 7 days before the booking date : 80% refund
• Cancellation within the 7days (more than 24 hours before your booking time) : 50% refund
• Cancellation on the day : no refund.
• No refunds will be made for no shows or late comers.
• If the park is closed by Adrenalin Forest for any circumstances ( bad weather, etc.) : full refund, or re-scheduling could be proposed at no cost.
• Re-scheduling: Activities can often be rescheduled if sufficient advanced warning is given . There is no charge for this.
